Vintage Annex Floral Darted Pencil Skirt, Size 16. Has a nice small floral pattern that looks as though the flowers are falling to the bottom and pilling up at the bottom of the skirt. Two small vents on either side of the skirt. Some darting around the topside of the skirt. Back of the skirt has two little elastic piece at the top for stretch.
